Own the global supply plan for key memory components, driving planning cycles and communicating variances, capacity constraints, and risks to leadership.

Manage end-to-end fulfillment workflows, including reviewing parts to clear-to-build (CTB), overseeing build plans, and tracking supplier commitments at L10 contract manufacturers.

Partner with global supply managers, demand planning, finance, and engineering to align deployment roadmaps, resolve constraints, and implement optimized allocation plans.

Oversee memory component lifecycles, executing smooth product transitions and managing last-time-buy (LTB) strategies to minimize excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.

Serve as a Kinaxis RapidResponse, E2open, or SAP power-user to drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, and leverage analytics to influence sourcing strategy.
Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program management, project management or supply chain operations within a multi-level bill of materials (BOM) environment.
Preferred qualifications:

MBA or Master’s degree with a focus on supply chain management.

Direct experience managing supply operations or buffering strategies for NAND, DRAM, or SSD components within a cloud data center infrastructure environment.

Advanced proficiency in data management and query tools, specifically SQL, BigQuery, or advanced business intelligence (BI) dashboarding tools.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional process improvements and driving alignment among engineering, finance, and operational teams without direct authority.

Demonstrated sense of accountability and ownership over complex operational pipelines, with experience mentoring junior analysts or project coordinators.
