Bachelor
Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Artificial Intelligence (AI) subject matter expert with the team, and influence direction for new and existing customers.
Work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSR), Customer Engineer (CE) teams, Field Solution Architects (FSA) to ensure AI adoption, customer satisfaction and business growth.
Execute Go-To-Market business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) partners.
Support the team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions, ensure transition and a path to production. Articulate solution differentiators and the business impact.
Coach the team to identify and grab opportunities and AI bookings, manage business pipelines, and accelerate business growth.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud or AI environment.
Experience with leading teams in a cloud-based Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.
Experience in promoting cloud-based IT solutions to companies in the Greater China market with engineers and customer technical leads.
Experience with identifying AI use cases to solve customer issues or promoting AI technology to clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Experience in planning and organizing go-to-market strategies, business programs, and sales activity within the team and territory.
Experience in leveraging knowledge of related products, solutions, and market trends, with the ability to analyze sales performance data or market changes, to drive direction.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to impact business goals, customer experience, and customer expansion.
Experience with Google Cloud, AI offerings, and promoting an AI technology stack.
Excellent problem solving, communication, presentation and program management skills.
