Bachelor

Design, implement and support Android connectivity/better together features for Pixel devices.
Address a variety of System on Chip (SoCs), and work with partners and vendors.
Investigate and address the root cause of firmware/software issues.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in coding with a general purpose programming language (e.g., C/C++).
Experience with Wi-Fi drivers, firmware or framework development.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Android framework development.
Understanding of IEEE802.11 protocols (including MAC layer, physical concepts, security mechanisms like WPA2/3).
Understanding of device to device protocols, like Wi-Fi Aware and Wi-Fi direct.
Familiarity with wireless sniffing and debugging tools (e.g., Wireshark, Omnipeek) for troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues.
