Your role and responsibilities
As a Project Manager: Cloud Migration & Modernization, you will lead a project team to deliver a Data Center Migration or Cloud Migration solution to clients using the latest methods and assets. You will have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Manage Project Scope and Resources: Lead a project team and manage all project resources, including subcontractors, partners, and vendors, to deliver a Data Center Migration or Cloud Migration solution to the client. * Establish Communication Plan: Develop an effective communication plan with the project team and the client to ensure regular project status updates and day-to-day direction to the project team. * Perform Engagement Processes: Conduct engagement processes, including harvesting of intellectual capital, obtaining references, and forwarding recommendations to the opportunity owner. * Manage Project Deliverables: Apply knowledge of Data Center Migration and Cloud Migration Services in the planning, tracking, change control, and risk management of the project to ensure successful delivery. * Provide Client Status Updates: Provide regular project status updates to the client, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
