Your role and responsibilities
As an Application Consultant specializing in Application Modernization, you play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through the transformation of legacy applications into modern, agile, and cloud-ready solutions. This role requires blending technical expertise with business acumen to assess current environments, define modernization strategies, and support implementation efforts that align with enterprise goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Required technical and professional expertise
l Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or other related fields
l At least 4 years or above Business Analyst or System Analyst working experience in banking/finance industry
l Consulting skills, ability to work directly with clients
l Good communication and interpersonal skills
l Fluent in Chinese reading, listening, writing, and speaking/fluent in English reading and writing
Preferred technical and professional experience
l Strong knowledge and project experience in core-banking system
l Experience in mainstream application framework, open source packages
l Working level in English speaking
