What You'll Do / Responsibilities
[ Job Description ]
Do you want to do more than administrative tasks and truly engage in HR operations in a multinational company? In this role, you will manage end-to-end HR processes, ensure every employee receives accurate support, and learn how to standardize procedures, building a solid foundation for your HR career.
[ What You Will Do ]
- Manage HR Operations Onboarding, offboarding, and employee data maintenance Personnel changes and HR system updates (UKG / HRIS)
- Standardize Processes and Documentation Establish, optimize, and maintain SSC SOPs Reduce dependency on individual experience, ensure replicable workflows
- Support Audit Readiness and Data Accuracy Prepare materials for internal and external audits Ensure HR data is complete, accurate, and consistent
- First-Line HR Issue Resolution Assist employees with operational HR questions Balance efficiency with empathy

- Full HR Operations Perspective: Understand the logic of onboarding, personnel changes, and offboarding
- System and Data Management Skills: Master HRIS / UKG operations and data sensitivity
- Process Standardization Expertise: Learn to turn ad hoc processes into structured SOPs

Required Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, administrative roles, or SSC (Share Services Center)
- Strong logic and problem-solving skills
- Clear and structured communication
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and process awareness
