Responsibilities Planning and Scheduling Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans outlining scope, schedule, and budget. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals. Execution and Monitoring Track Progress: Monitor project performance against the baseline, identifying and addressing gaps. Risk Management: Proactively assess and mitigate risks. Communication Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders, including management and customers. Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress. Problem-Solving Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues that arise during product development, testing, and qualification. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in project management processes. Documentation and Reporting Maintain Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of project activities and decisions. Regular Reporting: Provide regular progress reports and presentations to stakeholders. Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure Compliance: Ensure projects comply with industry standards and regulations. Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance processes to meet project specifications. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor’s Degree: Often in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Advanced Degrees: A Master's degree or MBA can be advantageous. Experience Project Management: At least 2 years of project management experience. Industry Experience: Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred. Skills and Abilities Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Critical Chain Project Management. Technical Skills: Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during product development
