Responsibilities:

Welcome customers visiting the service center and provide appropriate solutions to their vehicle service needs.

Assist customers with insurance claim and accident repair processes.
-
Support vehicle damage assessment and repair cost estimation for insurance claims.
-
Manage repair orders, monitor repair progress, and ensure service quality throughout the repair process.
-
Address customer concerns and technical inquiries by collaborating closely with technicians to deliver an excellent service experience.
-
Coordinate repair schedules with internal teams and communicate repair status and timelines to customers.
-
Contact customers and arrange vehicle pick-up and delivery schedules.

Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction with the maintenance and repair services provided.

招待親臨保養廠的顧客並提供解決方案

協助汽車出險理賠相關事宜承辦

協助保險理賠車身估價
-
跟進保修車輛開單、進度掌控、品質監控

解決顧客面臨的技術問題,並與技師團隊合作,以提供顧客良好的服務

與廠內團隊議定維修時間,通知及與顧客講解維修情況

與顧客聯繫並安排車輛交還時間

跟進顧客並了解車輛維修後的情況,以定確保客戶滿意維修保養服務
