Amphenol LTW is seeking a hands-on R&D Engineer to join our global engineering team supporting European customers. You will participate in the design, validation, and introduction of interconnect solutions for industrial and renewable energy applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design electrical or mechanical components for connectors and cable assemblies.
Participate in NPI (New Product Introduction) and customer co-development projects.
Communicate effectively with German and global clients.
Collaborate with QA, PM, and sourcing teams to ensure manufacturability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Open to fresh graduates or professionals with up to 5 years of R&D or product development experience.
Hands-on knowledge of CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, Altium Designer).
Fluent in English and German; Chinese is a plus.
Work Experience:
Electronic products or components sales experience
Excel、Outlook、Word、Auto Cad 2D、Pro/E
