You will manage overseas customers and distributors, achieve monthly and annual sales targets, and drive international business growth across key markets including Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Customer & Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and partners.
New Market Development: Identify and engage potential customers, develop new business opportunities, and grow LTW’s global footprint.
Market Research: Analyze competitors, pricing, and trends to support sales strategy and decision-making.
Sales Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports on activities, performance, and pipeline.
Events & Travel: Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings globally.
After one year of immersion and proven performance, this role involves up to 60% international travel. Qualifications
Experience: Junior-level candidates; prior sales experience is not required but enthusiasm and learning agility are essential. We are not looking for experienced professionals seeking stability — this position is for adaptable, results-oriented individuals who want growth.

Location: Taiwan or China (on-site during immersion).
Immersion Period: Minimum one year in Taiwan or China for business, product, and cultural training.
Probation Period: Three months of intense evaluation under a “Pass or Fail” system. This is a high-pressure sales environment, and success depends on attitude, discipline, and results.
Performance & Mobility: After the first year and proven performance, the role will expand to regional/global responsibilities with up to 60% travel. Eligible employees may then enjoy flexible work hours, remote, or hybrid work options.
Visa, Relocation & Support: Full support for work visa, relocation, and housing assistance (if applicable). Cross-departmental onboarding to understand LTW’s products, markets, and corporate culture.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Electronic products or components sales experience
Excellent command of English (mandatory); Chinese (Mandarin) – strong plus; another European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) – preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
