Lead development and management of complex program schedules and milestones
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to validate build readiness and review changes
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve program issues; anticipate and mitigate material risks
Implement process improvements and standardize material planning processes and optimize tools
Mentor team members and manage project priorities and deliverables
Ensure on-time delivery across multiple active programs with shifting priorities and configurations
Optimize workflows to manage frequent product changes, engineering builds, and short runs
Partner closely with R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution
Track and present metrics on progress, costs, and program performance
What You Bring
Proven experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing or R&D environments
Strong ability to manage complexity, variability, and competing priorities
Experience supporting engineering builds, NPI (New Product Introduction), or prototype-to-production transitions
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-paced setting
Core Responsibilities
1. High-Mix Production Execution
Manage operations across multiple active programs with varying configurations
Ensure efficient production flow despite frequent changeovers and product variation
Balance throughput, flexibility, and quality in a low-volume environment
Partner with R&D and Engineering to support prototype builds, pilot runs, and NPI
Coordinate production schedules to align with program milestones and shifting priorities
Serve as the operational bridge between development and manufacturing
