Introduction
As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the introduction and industrialization of the YS550 system. You will work closely with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team and cross‑functional partners to improve collaboration between Development & Engineering (D&E) and Manufacturing, and help drive cycle time (CT) and labor hour (LH) improvements in the Linkou factory during the NPI (New Production Introduction) phase. This internship provides hands-on experience in a high‑tech production environment and exposure to real industrialization challengesKey Responsibilities:
Contribute to define the collaboration WoW between YS D&E and Factory:
Contribute to create/maintain the monitoring reports (incl. gaps and KPIs) toward NPI in 5 and on-time KD13:
Contribute to create/maintain the wiki pages and knowledge retention documents of YS IC-007 CT/LH competency:
