Role and responsibilities:
Percentage of scope
60% to manage and lead regional Soft Service overall activity
Translate the global CRE vision and on services and workplaces to local requirements for soft services management for ASML. Include relevant themes like wellbeing and sustainability to implement and landing global standard and translate these to service requirements, service delivery plans and supplier contracts and SLA (Service Level Agreement) for supplier and fit local stakeholder requirements.
Together with expert suppliers make a translation of the vision and needs of the business to Strategy and master plan , polices, guidelines and end to end process for soft services in alignment with the requirements.
Together achieve the best-fit (practice) approach balancing the required performance and service levels yet considering aspects like risks, criticality, performance and total costs.
Responsible to implement with corporate CRE of uniform contract and performance management methods.
Support the Regional Housing & Workplace Manager with the development of the (long term) transition management strategy and also the moving plan.
Coaching IFM suppliers to accelerate their transformation and provide industry-leading high-quality services, including mature management team, pro-active level process, people, system, governance KPI...etc. final to achieve the CRE Tactical level.
Establish and optimize the soft services processes of effective service delivery to assure that all services related to the workplace.
Pro actively to lead the IFM team and to optimize efficient way e.g. processes, system, organization , and governance.
Through FMIS (Facility Management Information System) management valuable data to driven and developing KPI , Kaizen programs to reach operation excellent.
Output contracts will have to support Regional CRE in the future to make a change from short term focus to long-term planning with supportive sourcing and supplier strategies. Also partnership-driven relations are considered as essential new, but challenging contracting strategies. The Contract & Supplier management will be (partly) responsible to develop future proof ideas and visions on contracting strategies and implementation of these strategies.
Embedding innovation and continuous improvement processes in the collaborations with supplier. The Contract & Supplier manager will be (partly) responsible to develop new insights and ideas how to embed innovation in the supply chain and evolve the supplier relations and partnerships following ASML vision.
20% Finance forecasting and actual cost control
Responsible to manage and estimation the OPEX /CAPEX annual budget plan for the related scope. Building the operating budget and logic allocation of budget in the supply chain together with contract & supplier management process.
Evolve structure analysis, forecasting and long term financial planning of Regional CRE contracts.
work with business engineer and procurement to establish the unit cost structure
Regularly (monthly, quarterly, yearly) review financial expenditure reports of each cost center with suppliers, and report out to finance controller the summary report. To manage the balance between annual budget and expenditure.
20% Accountable as Soft Service site/region partner
Education and experience:
Bachelor / Master degree in business administration, hospitality management, Human resource , facility management or similar.
At least 7~10 years of relevant experience in an international high tech industrial environment
over 5 years of manager, and over 5 people team, and regional satellite building real estate , space , facility managerial experience.
Multiple and cross-function senior experiences are preferred in human resource management, human resource business partner (account) , site soft service, and general administration management.

Representing and reviewing SoSe in (new)built projects
Drafting a URS service concept after user workshop Academy
Biweekly PM Meeting (reports project portfolio FM Business partner)
Planning of capacity and budget with FM Business partner
Developing the vision and roadmap on data-driven FM to maximize use of Smart possibilities within Soft Services domain
Innovation sprints with FM partner (based on client demands)
Securing progress of planned developments (e.g. smart cleaning)
Continuous development and innovation of current soft services
Selecting smart use cases with our stakeholders
Strategic BP alignment to understand and translate developments and satisfaction survey results to service demands (e.g. 24/7 servicing)
Quality assurance of output contracts via FM partner reporting (balancing performance, risk, business continuity, costs)
Securing development on strategy with year plan FM Partner
Reporting on strategy & performance/KPI’s to CRE Staff
Decide on the framework for Regional CRE sourcing strategies, contract strategies and performance management approach.
Decide on reporting system and uniform metrics (align with corporate CRE) for performance management and financial reporting by suppliers
Decide on contracting strategies and supplier selection and termination.
Decide/Judge on supplier performance and if applicable, coinciding consequences. This also includes allocation of supplier budgets in line with planning and approval of deviations from budgets (in consultation with content experts).
Decide on focus/priorities for the supply chain.
The scope covers the region of Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. In future to support rest of Asia Region
Fluent in English (spoken, written) is a must
Travel % : Domestic 50% , International 10%
