Position Summary****The Account Technologist will support regional customers in Taiwan, primarily in Hsinchu and Kaohsiung, by providing technical expertise. This role serves as a key technical interface supporting customer-related issues by collaborating closely with field process and central engineering teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of field process issues. The ideal candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot process challenges, drive technical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer operations and product performance. Key Responsibilities- Responsible for business success from the technology point of view by management of install Base and new products Application Performance to drive Customer Satisfaction & Identify Business Risks. Responsible for managing the definition and implementation of processes and applications, to meet the customer’s current and future requirements for productivity and leading edge technology, using Applied Materials products.
