產品洞察營運專員 Product Insights Operations Specialist, Monitor BU

What You'll Do / Responsibilities

This role keeps the team's operational engine running — from weekly product specification accuracy to Brief Deck production support — while also providing light-touch support to the Data & Insights Analyst. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across Finance, Legal, and Global Marketing to keep multiple concurrent workstreams on schedule. This is a strong fit for a new graduate or a candidate returning to the workforce who is eager to build cross-functional coordination experience within a strategic product insights team.

Key Responsibilities:

System & Database Maintenance

• Responsible for regular updates of product specification tables within the internal web system on a weekly basis, ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date

Product Brief Deck Production Support

• Help collect and consolidate market intelligence, product specs, and features
• Support turning consolidated materials into presentation-ready decks

Global Campaign Support

• Assist in executing global marketing projects, spanning online digital campaigns and creative community activations

Contract & Logistics Management

• Support the execution of vendor contracts, testing-product logistics and internal financial/procurement processes

Data Analyst Basic Support

• Assist with organizing raw data and provide general support to the Data & Insights Analyst

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

· 0–2 years of experience; open to new graduates and to candidates re-entering the workforce after a career break

Language Proficiency

· Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills

Technical Proficiency

· Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Experience with GA4/PiwikPro, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Python, or social listening tools is a plus

AI Adaptability

· Comfortable with and enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, including data organization, market research, and creative ideation.

· Highly organized and efficient with superior time management skills

· Meticulous and deeply detail-oriented in executing tasks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Skilled in cross-departmental communication (Finance, Legal, Global Marketing, etc.)

· Capable of defining clear requirements, planning timelines, and proactively tracking project progress

· Proactively takes action to improve current ways of working or existing processes

· Uses appropriate methods to identify opportunities for improvement

· Develops action plans to improve current conditions and processes, and evaluates their effectiveness
