Senior Manager EWM Engineering Planning & Support

Manage and delegate EPS team’s responsibilities and evenly distribute supplier portfolio to strengthen BU support, Head and lead EPS team (~4-6 team members)

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role-

• Manage and delegate EPS team’s responsibilities and evenly distribute supplier portfolio to strengthen BU support, Head and lead EPS team (~4-6 team members)
• In charge of staff development, planning, and motivation
• Monitor staff performance
• Assist staff work progress and handle escalations
• Set goals and objective to be align with company’s targetEWM Supplier Management
• Establish and maintain control of EWM supplier with worldwide location (from Eng Sample perspective)
• Define and set annual DR & CT (KPI) target and drive to meet KPI
• Formulate guideline and process flow for engineering sample request
• Execute forecast and capacity reservation procedures (from Eng Sample perspective)
• Work with Supply Planning & Planning to aid in prioritization process.
• Drive improvement to meet constant reduction of Order lead time / Eng Cycle TimeES management
• Support all Business Units/Divisions and all other organization(globally located)
• Manage volume of samples from all EWM fab and sort suppliers
• Track and monitor all open Eng Sample requests
• Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize efficiency
• Manage ES database and maintain integrity of data
• Provide visibility of status and completion date via intranet site(iShares)Business Units support and interaction
• Maintain high customer service mindset with aim to meet samples request deadlines
• Establish guidelines for sample request and regulate compliance
• Drive improvement for error free submission request
• Maintain good communication to understand, anticipate and plan to meet requestor’s needInternal (IFX) and external (suppliers) communication
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including Sourcing, Finance, Supplier Management, Ops, Planning and other management.Reporting
• Facilitate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports
• Analysis of ES data as a tool to understand where improvement are needed most and govern changes as necessary
• Introduce innovation and institute automation for better efficiency

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• Technical and assembly process knowledge a plus
• Excellent in communication skill, both verbal and written
• English language requirement. Chinese language an added advantage
• Min 5-6 years position in handling engineering sample or other types of customer request
• Foundry management
• Experience in process/manufacturing of semiconductor a big plus
• Leadership in small to large corporation• Familiarity with crypto and cyber security are a plus
