The group you’ll be a part of:
The Manager is responsible for leading the Training, Project & Supporting (TPS) organization to enable manufacturing excellence, operational readiness, workforce capability, and quality system compliance across Lam Manufacturing Taiwan (LMT).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing TPS organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ensure efficient material resupply and finished goods crating operations to support manufacturing and customer delivery commitments
- Develop and implement training, certification, onboarding, and workforce development programs
- Maintain and enhance Manufacturing Quality Systems (MQS) to ensure ISO compliance and audit readiness
- Drive cross-functional projects related to capacity expansion, productivity improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee development
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Global teams to support business objectives and operational growth
Who we’re looking for:
Education
- Master's Degree required in:
- Industrial Engineering (IE)
- Mechanical Engineering (ME)
- Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Information Technology (IT)
- Or related engineering discipline
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of management experience in manufacturing, quality, or Engineer related functions.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, ISO compliance, audit management, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing environments preferred.
- Proven track record of leading multifunctional organizations and large-scale operational initiatives.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
