Job Description:

In charge of Etcher Sales, and take action as below to achieve Sales target.

1. Customer : 1.1 Understand what customer require and internal resource, to make strategy to achieve sales target 1.2 Base on internal situation, to create suitable action including visiting customer, make sure the proposal can be accepted. 1.3 Strength and maintain the relationship with key customers. 1.4 Checking current demand to predict future business.

2. Internal : 2.1 Base on internal target, to link what correlation we have, then to have plan in temporary, and long term action. 2.2 To have internal operation in group-to-group discussion. 2.3 Having and making commercial proposal which have consensus with internal and customer. 2.4 Manage activities of price table, trade terms, shipping, acceptance, and trace escalation issues timely.
