Acting as a key interface among Worldwide Operations Team, strategic suppliers and contract manufacturers, APO GSSM is responsible for managing strategic and tactical initiatives of the Apple supply chain. This role will focus on a specific commodity and will play a critical role in the overall success of the Apple Operation.
Minimum Qualifications: A BS/BA degree (an advanced degree like an MBA, MS or higher is preferred) Experience in semiconductor-related industries or roles Prior experience in Operations/Supply Chain Management or Commodity Management is a plus English and Mandarin fluency
Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and apply strong critical thinking skills for problem solving Demonstrated ability to drive successful delivery of strategic business initiatives Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights that drive results Excellent written and verbal communication for conveying operational, technical, and commercial information clearly to diverse internal and external stakeholders Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment - individually and as a member of a team Skilled at effectively managing competing priorities, leveraging adaptability and resourcefulness to deliver on time Strong personal and professional integrity Demonstrates a strong work ethic and high degree of flexibility Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Tableau) highly desire Frequent travel might be required during some parts of the year, depending on the commodities
