Materials Program Manager, Devices and Services

• Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps to ensure material readiness from product goes into mass production (sustaining phase) and through End of Life (EOL).

• Communicate status, risks, and influence change. Drive initiatives and process improvements to help the team. Represent the materials organization in internal program meetings.

• Maintain budget records and provide a level of Customer Service for internal customers. Source, evaluate and recommend potential suppliers, support cost reduction programs.

• Follow up on open purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery and communicate with internal customers to resolve receiving and account payable discrepancies.

• Drive material readiness for mass production builds in a balanced and sustained fashion.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience in program or project management.

• Experience with a supply chain program and material management or procurement experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of Contract Manufacturer operations.

• Ability to operate software applications including ERP or Oracle 11i.

• Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines in a fluid environment.

• Excellent communication skills.
