The Market Initiative Manager (MIM) is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing programs that support business growth and strengthen Keysight's market presence in Taiwan. This role combines technical understanding with marketing execution, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Applications Engineering, and Regional Marketing teams to engage customers and support business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative professional who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts, coordinate cross-functional activities, and execute marketing initiatives across both physical and digital channels. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing programs aligned with business objectives in Taiwan. Plan and coordinate customer-facing events, including seminars, conferences, tradeshows, workshops, and executive briefings. Execute digital marketing activities through webinars, EDM campaigns, web promotions, and social media channels. Work closely with Sales teams to support strategic business opportunities and customer engagement activities. Adapt and localize global and regional marketing content to address local market requirements. Coordinate with regional marketing teams to support campaign execution and ensure consistent messaging. Engage with industry partners, customers, media, academia, and ecosystem stakeholders to enhance market awareness. Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies, and share relevant market insights with internal stakeholders. Support quarterly and annual marketing planning, budget tracking, and program execution. Analyze marketing program performance and ROI, and recommend improvements for future initiatives. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external audiences to support marketing and business objectives. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, applications engineering, field engineering, or a related role within the test & measurement, semiconductor, communications, or high-tech industry. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messages and value propositions. Experience supporting customer demonstrations, technical seminars, webinars, conferences, tradeshows, and other industry events. Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Management, Applications Engineering, and Regional Marketing teams in a cross-functional environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and execution quality. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in semiconductor, wireless communications (5G/6G), aerospace & defense, satellite communications, or related technology markets. Familiarity with competitive analysis, market positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Experience engaging with industry associations, ecosystem partners, academic institutions, or media organizations. Hands-on experience developing marketing and technical content, such as presentations, solution briefs, application notes, demo scripts, videos, or white papers Experience with digital marketing programs, including webinars, email marketing, web promotions, and social media campaigns.
