Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Production Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that PCBA products meet internal standards and customer requirements by overseeing and participating in quality control processes throughout the server assembly line. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering (BSEE/MSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME/MSME), or a related technical field. 2. Strong independent thinking and analytical problem-solving skills; proactive and results oriented. 3. Business-level or higher proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Self-motivated, committed, and eager to learn, with a positive and collaborative working attitude. 5. Solid understanding of IPC-A-610 standards. 6. Proven experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, and issue resolution. Hands-on experience with PCBA and server assembly processes is highly preferred. 7. Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, including: 8D reports, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, CPK, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis techniques. 8. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Minitab; basic programming skills for quality data automation are a plus.
