Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Order Planning & Execution
Strategically plan and manage orders to ensure timely fulfillment and alignment with business needs.
2.Inventory Optimization
Maintain optimal inventory levels by minimizing excess and slow-moving stock, while reducing carrying costs.
3.Cost Efficiency & Supplier Negotiation
Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to achieve rebates and reduce expenses.
4.Forecasting & Analysis
Analyze demand forecasts to support accurate inventory planning and improve supply chain responsiveness.
5.Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build strong vendor relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement and inventory strategies.
6.Issue Resolution & Accuracy
Investigate and resolve order or inventory discrepancies, ensuring process accuracy and operational efficiency.
7.Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Tasks
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline order and inventory processes, while effectively handling project tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
**1.**Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
**2.**Over 5 years of experience in purchasing and planning, particularly in EE/IC components, with a strong background in supply chain management.
**3.**Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with MRP, ERP, and SAP systems; proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
**4.**Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in statistical analysis and effective problem-solving techniques.
**5.**Skilled in cross-functional teamwork with strong negotiation, and bilingual (English & Chinese) communication abilities.
**6.**Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure, manage tight timelines, and adapt to changing priorities.
