Role Purpose:
-
Support sales team to achieve business target.
-
Process customers' orders in compliance with the SOX and relative rules.
-
Satisfy customers to develop business in Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Collaborate sales team and internal departments to achieve business target and meet customer requests.
-
Sales order implementation and management, ERP system operation.
-
Closely track shipment status and coordinate with related departments to achieve on time delivery.
-
Respond to customer’s inquiry; coordinate with related departments to handle customer feedback and claims for customer satisfaction.
-
Support sales data and report on a regular basis.
-
Ensure ‘Order to Cash’ process clean, in compliance with the SOX and relative rules.
Experiences/Education - Required:
-
Bachelor degree and above is required.
-
2-3 years above working experience in customer service, international trading or logistics related fields is preferred.
-
Customer oriented and commercial understanding.
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork player.
-
Fluent in reading and written English, workable oral English.
-
Good knowledge on computer and Microsoft Office.
-
Master of import & export knowledge is a bonus.
