Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
System design spec. / lab test plan review&enhancement
Work with Sales team to maintain business relationship with major customers.
Enhance customer satisfaction.
Support Customer, FAE and Sales for new products and technologies.
Improve Server System Quality.
Support other teams and PM members to growth business.
Coordinate, Plan, Prompt and Develop new server products in Asia.
Lead project to design win projects by implement SuperServer building block solutions.
Qualifications:
10 years or more working experiences with Server System products.
Education and/or Experience: BS/MS EE, Computer Science.
Experience integrating cross-functional teams communication
Experience work with 1st or 2nd -tier ODM completed system projects
Familiar with MB/System project management/control process
Experience leading related team with customer’s filed issue resolve
Capable to management large server related projects
Capable to lead team to excellent.
Excellent presentation, communication and documentation in English and Chinese.
Good at Market (Server Product/Customer) analyze and plan.
