Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain system infrastructure and backend services

• Manage and optimize containerized environments (e.g., base on Kubernetes)

• Develop automation tools using Python, Golang.

• Maintain and optimize databases (MySQL, MongoDB)

• Operate and troubleshoot distributed storage (Ceph)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production environments

• Continuously improving system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency

• Implement automated data retrieval pipelines using OpenClaw and integrate with LLMs to support natural language querying (NLQ) over unstructured web data.

Qualifications:

• Programming Languages: C/C++, GoLang, Python, …

• Data-base: MySQL, MongoDB

• OS: Linux system

• Better to have: Docker, Kubernetes, Ceph, Networking/Cluster, AI/LLM Integration, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
