Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Role Summary Supermicro is seeking a strategic and seasoned Sr. Director to lead Technology Enablement for our ODM business in Taiwan. This executive role will build and lead two key functions within the Technology Enablement team: a Product Management team and an ODM/PCBA team. While the two functions have distinct focuses, they are closely interrelated and will collaborate to drive seamless technology enablement and execution. Reporting directly to the executive at our Headquarters, you will oversee a large, multi-disciplinary organization responsible for securing and managing high-value ODM opportunities that power the future of Supermicro’s global data center and AI business. This role combines deep product strategy with hands-on manufacturing partnership leadership in Taiwan’s dynamic electronics ecosystem.
