About This Opportunity
This position is an evergreen requisition, designed to build a strong and continuous talent pipeline for Technical Product Support (TPS) Engineers within the Semiconductor Product Group (SPG) organization. All applicants will be reviewed and placed into a centralized talent pool. Based on individual qualifications, technical expertise, and preferences, candidates will be matched to the most suitable product group, customer site, and team across the organization.
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, customer support, and field operations. As a Technical Product Support Engineer, you will drive the resolution of complex technical issues, support new product introductions (NPI), and improve overall system performance through data-driven analysis.
You will act as a critical bridge between customers, field teams, and engineering, ensuring product reliability and continuous improvement.
